November 21, 2015 — Today Technicolor announced it completed the acquisition of Cisco's Connected Devices business and world class talent. As the connected devices and service provider markets continue to evolve, Cisco continues to evolve with them. Video will continue to be a core tenant to Cisco's strategy in cloud and software-based services, however we believe that the Connected Devices business required a new approach to business strategy, organization model, and investment.
By bringing together global leaders in the connected home, networking and cloud services, we have positioned the Connected Devices business for success in the years to come for the cable, telecom, satellite and OTT markets.

Effective, February 21, 2016, technical support for Connected Devices Business products transitioned to Technicolor. Customers and partners open support cases for Connected Devices Business products using Technicolor Customer Technical Support at chcts.technicolor.com.
Return for repair support will be managed by Cisco on behalf of Technicolor for a period of time. Technicolor is enabling a repair infrastructure for Connected Devices Business products and will inform customers how to manage requests for repair through Technicolor as products are enabled.
